Ingredients

  1. Black rice ( 1 cup )
  2. Water (6 cups)
  3. Diced boneless chicken ( 1/2 cup )
  4. Green onion ( 2 )
  5. Onion ( 1/2 )
  6. Ginger powder ( 1 tsp)
  7. Garlic powder ( 1/2 tsp)
  8. Soy sauce ( 3 tbsp)
  9. Oyster sauce ( 1 tsp)
  10. Corn starch ( 1 tsp )
  11. Ground black pepper ( 1/2 tsp)
  12. Sesame oil ( 4 tbsp)
  13. Salt ( 1/2 tsp or as your taste)

Methods

  • Firstly, cut the onion and green onion into small pieces.
  • Then, wash the black rice and soak it for 30 minutes.
  • Then, put diced boneless chicken, corn starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt in the bowl and mix all the ingredients very well.
  • Then, fried the chicken in the nonstick frying pan with sesame oil and keep it aside.
  • Then, put black rice, water, onion, ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper, soy sauce and salt in the saucepan.
