Risotto is mainly a northern Italian rice dish that is cook until it becomes creamy texture. Besides rice, other ingredients add to it. It is so healthy meal that you can eat for launch and dinner. Ingredients

  1. Arborio rice (2 cups)
  2. Hot Chicken stock or vegetable stock (6 cups)
  3. Button Mushroom (150 gram)
  4. Chicken (200 gram)
  5. Butter (4 tbsp)
  6. Olive oil (4 tbsp)
  7. lemon juice (2 tbsp)
  8. Parsely (as your taste)
  9. salt (1 and 1/2 teaspoon) or (as your taste)
  10. Black pepper (1 and 1/2 teaspoon)
  11. Chilli flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
  12. Onion (2)
  13. Garlic (1)
  14. Permason cheese

 

Methods

  • Firstly cut the chicken and mushroom into small pieces.
  • Then cut the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  • Then take a non-stick frying pan and add 2 tbsp butter, chicken, mushroom,1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and chili flakes in it.
  • Then fry all those ingredients lightly. Don’t fry too much. When the frying is completed, then remove that frying pan from the stovetop and keep it aside.
  • Then take a non-stick saucepan.
  • Then add olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, onion, garlic, arborio rice, and lemon juice,1 teaspoon salt in the saucepan and frying all ingredients very well for 2 minutes in low heat.
  • Then add 2 cups hot chicken or vegetable stock, black pepper in the saucepan, and cook it in low heat. When chicken or vegetable stock reduces, then add remaining all stock and that chicken, mushroom fry, parsley in it and stir continuously until cooking is completed.
  • When the rice of the risotto is well cooked and the risotto becomes creamy texture, you understand your risotto is ready for eating.
  • Lastly, sprinkle some shredded parmesan cheese on the risotto.
