Methods
  • Firstly, cut the napa cabbage, spinach, carrot, green onion, garlic cloves, and squid into small pieces.
  • Then, cut the bottom portion of the Enoki mushrooms.
  • Then, cut the tofu into cube shape.
  • Then, put the tofu, squid, shrimp, frozen shrimp balls, enoki mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, napa cabbage, carrot, spinach, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic gloves, fish stock cube, rice vinegar, salt, rice noodles vermicelli, and water in the pan.
