Sancocho is a Colombian soup that is made with different types of vegetables and meat. It is one of the traditional and popular dishes in Colombia. Methods
  • Firstly, remove the cassavas, carrots, potatoes, pumpkin, and green bananas peels.
  • Then, cut the whole corn, cassavas, carrots, potatoes, pumpkin, green bananas, green onions, bell peppers and coriander leaves into small pieces.
