  7. Ground black pepper ( 1 tsp )
  8. Coriander seeds powder ( 1 tsp )
  9. Sugar ( 3 tbsp )
  10. Sour yogurt ( 2 cups )
  11. Dried mint powder ( 1 tsp )
  12. Water ( 2 cups ) ( for cooking )
  13. Salt ( 1 tsp or as your taste )
  • Firstly, remove the pumpkin skin and seeds.
  • Then, cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
  • Then, put the sunflower oil, pumpkin pieces in the pan and fry it for 5 minutes.
