Yemeni oatmeal soup is a dish that is made with oatmeal, chicken, vegetables and spices. It is two types- Hot and Sweet.   1. Oatmeal ( 1 cup )
  2. Chicken breast pieces ( 4 )
  3. Sunflower oil ( 3 tbsp )
  4. Onion ( 1 )
  5. Garlic ( 1/2 )
  6. Tomato paste ( 2 tbsp )
  7. Carrot ( 1 )
  8. Zucchini ( 1 )
  9. Tomato ( 1 )
  10. Coriander leaves ( 1/3 cup )
  11. Cumin ( 1 tsp )
  12. Paprika powder ( 1 tsp )
  13. Black pepper ( 1 tsp )
  14. Turmeric powder ( 1/2 tsp )
  15. Chili flakes ( 1 tsp )
  16. Hot water ( 8 cup )
  17. Salt ( 1 tsp or as your taste )
  • Firstly, cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Then, cut the onion, garlic, tomato and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Then, grate the carrot and zucchini with a grater.
  • Then, put the sunflower oil, onion, garlic, chicken, cumin, paprika powder, black pepper, turmeric powder, chili flakes, tomato paste, salt in the pan and cook it for 5 minutes.

  1. Oatmeal ( 1 cup )
  2. Water ( 2 cup )
  3. Milk ( 3 cup )
  4. Salt ( 1/2 tsp )
  5. Butter ( 5 tbsp )
  6. Dates (12 )
  7. Almond nuts ( 8 )
  8. Cashew nuts ( 8 )
  9. Raisins ( 2 tbsp )
  10. Honey ( 4 tbsp or as your taste )
  • Firstly, remove the seeds of the dates.
  • Then, fry the dates, almond nuts, cashew nuts and raisins with butter for 3 minutes.

  10. Coriander leaves ( 1/3 cup )
