  5. Olive oil ( 4 tbsp )
  6. Onion ( 1 )
  7. Garlic cloves ( 5 )
  8. Turmeric powder ( 1 tsp )
  9. Coriander powder ( 1 tsp )
  10. Black pepper ( 1 tsp )
  11. Tomato puree ( 1 and 1/2 cups )
  12. Tomato paste ( 1 tbsp )
  13. Coriander leaves ( 1 cup )
  14. Hot water ( 7 cups )
  15. Salt ( 1 tsp or as your taste )
  16. Plain greek yogurt
  17. Dried mint leaves

Methods

  • Firstly, cut the onion, garlic cloves and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Then, strain the chickpeas and kidney beans with a strainer.
  • Then, put the olive oil, onion, garlic cloves, ground beef, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper, tomato paste, tomato puree, hot water in the pan and cook it until the ground beef is cooked completely.
