Ingredients

  1. Begun ( Eggplants ) ( 2 )
  2. Onion ( 1 )
  3. Green chilies ( 2 )
  4. Mustard oil ( 3 tbsp )
  5. Coriander leaves ( 2 tbsp )
  6. Salt ( 1/2 tsp or as your taste )
Methods
  • Firstly, cut the onion, green chilies and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Then, turn on the stove and put the eggplants on the stove.
  • Then, roast the eggplants on medium-low heat until a nice char on the eggplants will come.
  • Then, remove the eggplant peel.
  • Then, put the roasted eggplant, onion, green chilies, mustard oil, coriander leaves and salt in the bowl and mix it with hand.

  1. Spotted snakehead fishes ( 6 )
  2. Turmeric powder ( 1/2 tsp )
  3. Sunflower oil ( 7 tbsp )
  4. Onion ( 1 and 1/2 )
  5. Garlic cloves ( 12 )

Methods
  • Firstly, cut the onion and coriander leaves into small pieces.

  2. Turmeric powder ( 1/2 tsp )
  3. Garlic cloves ( 7 )
  4. Onion ( 1 )
  5. Dried red chilies ( 6 )
  6. Sunflower oil ( 5 tbsp )
  7. Coriander leaves ( 3 tbsp )
  8. Salt ( 1/2 tsp or as your taste )

  • Firstly, cut the onion and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Then, put the jumbo shrimps, turmeric powder in the bowl and mix it very well with spoon.

  1. Dried loitta fishes ( Dried Bombay duck fishes ) ( 7 )
  2. Sunflower oil ( 5 tbsp )
  3. Onion ( 2 )
  4. Garlic cloves ( 7 )
  5. Dried red chilies ( 7 )
  6. Coriander leaves ( 3 tbsp )
  7. Salt ( 1/2 tsp or as your taste )
Methods
  • Firstly, cut the onion and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Then, cut the loitta fishes into small pieces.
  • Then, roast the loitta fishes on low heat for 2 minutes in the nonstick frying pan without oil.
  • Then, soak the loitta fishes in hot water for 7 minutes.
  • Then, wash the loitta fishes 6 times with hot water.
  • Then, remove the loitta fish bones.
  • Then, fry the loitta fish, dried red chilies and garlic cloves with sunflower oil in the nonstick frying pan for 3 minutes.

  3. Dried red chilies ( 4 )
  4. Onion ( 1 )
